We armour entrepreneurs for the deals that define — a sale, a raise, a partnership, a succession.
Most firms send advice and leave. We come in as your corporate development team for the length of one project: take the campaign inside, carry it, and answer for how it lands.
Four ways we carry the campaign.
See the whole.
At the table, one move carries everything at once — the opportunity, the risk it prices, the clause it becomes, the person it lands on. Advice in layers can't play that; it resolves in one head, in the moment. So that's how we prepare: whole.
Meet the moment.
More deals die of drift than of refusal. We've watched windows close while the table was still aligning — so we're ready before the window opens, and move the instant it's right. We like it on point — not a beat early, not a beat late.
Work what decides.
Operating from inside, we've learned most of the standard checklist is noise — and the terms that actually decide a deal often sit just outside it. We dig where the checklist doesn't, and settle what we find into a structure that holds.
Only resonance earns commitment.
Paper accepts whatever you write into it. We stay through integration, working with the people after signing — and what survives there is resonance, nothing else. So we test the fit before we bind it.
Where intent becomes a project.
It's in our name. Every mandate runs as a project — scoped end to end, carried by one operator from preparation to integration. Five situations we're built for:
The company — or a book of business — changes hands.
Trade sale · succession · MBO / buy-outSale-readiness before the market hears a word — then valuation, the buyers, the room, the terms. Landed so the firm and the family arrive intact.
Capital or a partner comes in.
Raise · licensing · alliance / JVThe project starts before the term sheet: the story, the right counterpart, the negotiation. Terms that fund what's next — with you still holding the wheel.
You buy — once, or as a series.
Acquisition · add-on · buy-and-buildSourcing, pricing, diligence, integration — one project per move, one thesis across the series. Growth that compounds without breaking the core.
The structure no longer fits.
Carve-out · recapitalisation · governanceRedrawing the shape while the business keeps running — what stays, what goes, who decides. Pragmatic, staged, done with the people who stay.
A defining deal is coming — no one owns it yet.
Readiness · diagnosis · standing operatorThe months before a deal exists are where it's won. We read the situation across every thread, name what's missing — and stand ready to run it the day it turns real.
Your dedicated deal team, sized to the project.
For campaigns that define.
A network, not a bench.
One operator owns the deal and draws on a network of hands-on operators: the sector lived, the skillset proven. The right person, with the right knowledge, at the right moment.
Multidisciplinary execution.
You have run the numbers, the legal and the room — not advised from the side.
Senior, and proven.
A track record the work speaks for. No juniors on the deals that define.
A sector you know cold.
Depth where it counts — where your judgement is already trusted.
Recognise yourself? Let's get acquainted — before a campaign demands it.
Sometimes we invest too.
Some projects need capital to reach the next phase — a bridge to the round, the funding of an add-on, the means to run the campaign itself. When the project calls for it, we can step in: with our own capital or with the right investor from our network, at project level or at company level, structured around what you want to keep.
Two rules keep it clean. We invest at your invitation — never as a condition of working together. The investment is decided apart from the mandate.
A solution designed case by case. When it fits, we're glad to make it happen.
Let's define the next one.
